Highland

Highland Dancing is a form of Scottish dancing usually performed to Bagpipes. Highland is a technical dance form requiring technique, stamina and strength. Dancers usually wear kilts or national dresses with black highland pumps for foot support.

Our Highland dancers did a fantastic job of performing the Sailor's Hornpipe in this years production of 'Journey to Wonderland'. Last year they were excited to perform a bagpipe version of Pirates of the Caribbean in our annual show ‘Dance The Night Away’ and were so fabulous with their swords!!
