Term 1 Newsletter

We have had a brilliant first term back at RC Performing Arts. We celebrated our 2nd Birthday in September and had some balloons in class and shared some lovely cupcakes with the RC Performing Arts team! It has been so lovely to have Miss Meg come on board and take over the Ballet classes within the school. I have had the pleasure of watching and participating in some of Miss Meg’s classes and the students have improved so much in such a short space of time. I can’t wait for you all to be able to watch on parent showing week 🙂

Progress on the ISTD exam work in our pre-primary, primary and grade 1 classes has been fantastic. Most classes are more than half way through learning the syllabus work and will be looking fantastic for our Christmas parent display.

We have had some fantastic achievements in Acro this term! Lots of pupils completing their progress cards and moving up to the next level. Well done to all of the students who have worked so hard to achieve these goals! Lots of pupils practicing in school and at home making each week in class an improvement on the last.

As we near the end of the October holidays we have our Annual Halloween Party planned for Saturday 29th October. For the first time we have opened this up to non-students and Miss Caleigh will be back to join me leading the party. Looking forward to seeing everyone’s costumes & having lots of fun and games!!
